I no longer drive. Are there any transportation services available to assist me?

Transportation services are available to Norwell residents, age 60 and older, as well as adults of all ages with documented disabilities, under the Americans with Disabilities Act.  This is a free, on-demand service using Council on Aging vehicles for medical appointments, errands, as well as
social and recreational activities offered through the senior center.  Transportation services for medical appointments are available Monday through Thursday, with appointment times scheduled from  9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and Noon (Hanover and Norwell locations only).  Transportation is also available for medical appointments in the Boston-area through a Title III Medical Access Program grant, through South Shore Elder Services.  For more information or to schedule a ride, call the senior center  at 781-659-7878.
