Norwell Stormwater Bylaw Information

The Town of Norwell passed a new bylaw in 2020 to met the new MS4 standards and to deal with stormwater issues within town. This Bylaw has been active since July 1, 2021. As of this date any land disturbance or new/change in impervious surface greater than 1,500 square feet requires a review, while land disturbance above 25,000 square feet or new/change in impervious surfaces over 5,000 require a permit.
