Updates from February Action Plan :
- Susan update: on inquiry to HR about ADA coordinator position
- Susan update: note to Town Clerk to request a change of venue for our meetings given the inaccessibility, with a copy to Peter
- Jim update: from Tom Hopkins for job description/salary information
- Debbie: any updates from reaching out to other communities for information on this position
- Susan update: thank you on our letterhead to Peter Morin
- Susan: email to Jeff regarding resource file information to link to our website
- Patti update: results from email to Pat Anderson about resource file and grievance form
- Susan to offer suggestions to develop a spreadsheet of resource information as we obtain it to include organization contact, phone, web/email, description of services
- Prepare and discuss Town grievance procedure, provide input
- Develop a list of items to change in Town for the Spring (first to Peter for consideration and then to the Selectman group)
- ADA Coordinator
- COD part of selection process
- Approval for new construction; part of COD process
- Part of our budget for education to attend pertinent conferences
- Consider development of a checklist ahead of time
- 7:15 Prepare and discuss Town grievance procedure, provide input
