7:00 P.M.         Call to Order/Agenda

7:05 P.M.         Minutes/Bills

7:15 P.M.         Public Hearing:  10 Person Zoning Petition to amend Norwell Zoning Bylaw, Article III §3324.  This amendment would limit the period of political sign display to 30 days and allow signs on public property if held by a person at all times.

7:30 P.M.         Public Hearing:  10 Person Zoning Petition to amend Norwell Zoning Bylaw, Article VI Section 6420 Business District B2 map to include the property at 170 Washington Street.

7:45 P.M.         Public Hearing:  10 Person Zoning Petition to create Norwell Zoning Bylaw, Article VI Section 7000 Billboard Zoning Overlay District (BZOD) and to amend Article V, §3350, §3343, §3331, §3341 and §3323.  This amendment would allow for the installation of billboard advertisements on property in the C1 and C2 business parks.

The Board reserves the right to discuss matters other than scheduled public hearings in an order other than as posted. The Board further reserves the right to discuss matters which could not reasonably be anticipated at the time of the posting of this meeting notice.

Should this meeting be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the entire agenda will be heard at the next Planning Board meeting.
