        VI            New Business

Registry of Motor Vehicles-new program

RMV/DOT is seeking to decrease wait time via registry branches by offering

and encouraging the use of online transactions in community offices.

e.g. COA Centers---target population 60+ and disabled.

Talked with Town Adminstrator about the program---he is ok with this…

Further explanation is warranted.

Due to our low numbers with only 5 members to the board, Donna from accounting

has authorized 3 signatures for vouchers.  This really helps in trying to track down board members

Old Business

PBMC Project.Balance in FY’11, Article 24 ---balance is over $13K

New potential COA board candidates have been given applications.Lynn Rose

Submitted her app.  Another potential candidate has not responded to date.

EOEA Formula, FY16 has not come in yet…we are due $21366.A good portion supports

the receptionisits wages.
