  1. Adjourn to Planning Office for zoning bylaw 10-citizen petitions public hearings and reconvene in Building Office following public hearings

  1. As time allows: Review and re-establish priority items, assign tasks, and set target dates for completion.

 

  1. Retreat Lots and/or common driveways
  2. Floor Area Ratio (FAR)
  3. OSRD (open space residential design) density and design
  4. Signage (move to Town bylaw?)
