Current property has a dwelling listed as a boarding house and a two story barn with no living space. Applicant is proposing two condominiums in the main house and two condominiums in the barn stating there is no change in pre-existing structures and in use. Property is Iocated at 166 Norwell Avenue and shown on Assessor’s Map 8D, Block 44, Lot 26, Registry of Deeds Book 14315, Page 230 in Residential A. House built in 1820.

7:45 P.M. – CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING - Lehigh Gas Corp. - For a Special Permit under Section 2340, Business District C-1, Site Plan Review under Section 1500 and request for Variance under Section 2441 (Front Yard). Applicant wishes to cover the existing fuel island with a canopy structure, which does not meet the required 50’ front setback. Known as BP Gas Station, 4 Whiting Street, Hingham and Pond Street, Norwell, MA, this site is shown on Assessors’ Map 5C, Block 16, Lot 1, Registry of Deeds Book 9588, Page 129.
