For a Special Permit under Sections 1420 and 2341(n) Medical Marijuana Treatment Center or Similar Facility and Site Plan approval under Section 1500 to construct a two story, 20,300 sq. ft.  medical marijuana treatment center for the cultivation and dispensing of medical marijuana and related offices.  Property is identified as Lot 9, Cordwainer Drive and shown on Assessor’s Map 11D, Block 17, Lot 87, Registry of Deeds Book 30246, Page 203 in Business District C-1.
