Recycle Center Reopening Saturdays 9am to 3pm

The Center will reopen Saturdays only 9am to 3pm starting May 23rd.

  • At this time the Center will not be open on Wednesdays.
  • Residents and Staff will follow Social Distancing rules & Face Coverings are required.
  • The Center will be Self Servicing. Residents will have to unload their own materials. If heavier items such as TVs are being dropped off. Residents will have to bring another household member to assist them.
  • Staff will be directing vehicles and managing the capacity of the Center.
  • Residents will queue in their vehicles, forming a single line just before the pathway crosswalk and will be instructed by staff when they can enter.
  • We ask residents to be patient. The goal of the reopening is to allow residents to drop-off their items quickly and safely so wait times are reduced and the Center operates efficiently.
  • Items that require a fee. A check can be made Payable to: Town of Norwell in advance and given to an employee. We do not accept cash.

  • A reminder that Trash, Construction Materials, Bulk Waste, and Styrofoam are not accepted at the Center. Commercial vehicles & contractors are prohibited. The Center is for Norwell Residents only.
