Discuss the following:
Thank you to Peter (Town Manager): identify who will do it
Debriefing on the recent ADA training with Jeff Dougan
Transition plan further discussion: discuss concept of "report card" (issues that were identified when plan was first developed. Compare with how far we have come.
consider ADA checklist for each department to complete
ADA Coordinator input from COD: identify what the Town needs
Grievance plan procedure
follow up with Selectman; how COD wants to proceed/what we propose as next steps for the Town
budget review
followup with Jeff on our development of a resource file with descriptions of each service; e.g., deaf interpreter
community survey/update: Susan
any input for Peter Morin/Town Administrator for Town Capital Planning-priorities to update buildings, facilities, historic properties more accessible?
Other projects/areas to consider for our committee; e.g., braille signs/markers for Town trails/pathways
