Getting started Online
STEP 1: One adult in the family requests a private online account. It’s easy, just follow these steps-by-step instructions. If you already have an account, click on "My Account" & update the information. You are encouraged to set up your account now - even before the start date when you are able to register.
2. Request a new online account or open an existing account by clicking on "My Account".
3. Enter your account information, including your email address (so that you can receive confirmation & program updates)
4. Select a private Login Name and Password – and type a Question and Answer that you will remember (remember to make a note of this information for the future). Remember Passwords are case-sensitive, Logins are not.
5. Hit the “Submit” button
Once your online account is active, you can add family members and view your account details. You are ready to go!
STEP 2: From the same website, you can register for any activity. It’s easy:
1. Select the “Register” button in the top-right
2. Click on an activity name and hit “Add to My Cart”
3. Login with your Login ID and Password
4. Specify the enrollment number and hit “Checkout”
5. Select the family member(s) who will participate in the activity and answer any questions or add comments
6. Hit “Continue” twice to confirm your order (note: a small convenience fee is applied to your order)
7. Click “Ok” on the security notice, complete your credit card payment (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa), and hit “Continue” (note: you can print your receipt)
That’s it, you’re registered and will receive an email confirmation!

How to watch a good program die! ALL Programs have limits & DEADLINES, so don't delay! The DEADLINE FOR ALL SUMMER ACTIVITIES IS MAY 28, unless otherwise noted or already filled. If programs do not have the minimum numbers by deadlines, it could be cancelled. If programs have minimum numbers but are not full, registrations will continue but please do not delay to long!
CANCELLATIONS, WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS: All refund requests must be in writing (email office at: recreation@townofnorwell.net). Full refunds will be issued if a program is full, cancelled by Norwell Rec or if you withdraw before the May 28 deadline. After May 28, participants withdrawing at least 1 full week before the program begins will receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee provided the minimum participation level has been achieved,. We'll announce cancellations on our "rec line", on our website, e-mails or your home phone. Summer refunds requiring a "town" ckeck may be submitted at the end of the season to minimize the paperwork costs. Refunds to credit cards are more immediate.
