NEW - ONLINE REGISTRATIONS START APRIL 28 @ 9:00AM. Please read through ALL directions first. Then to start click on the link in Step 1
This is a new service to make it easy, fast & convenient for you. It is safe & secure. Online registrations accept payment by credit card only. There is a convenience fee for online registrations.

Getting started
STEP 1: One adult in the family requests a private online account. It’s easy, just follow these steps-by-step instructions. You are encouraged to set up your account now - even before the start date when you are able to register.
2. Request a new online account
3. Enter your account information, including your email address (so that you can receive confirmation & program updates)
4. Select a private Login Name and Password – and type a Question and Answer that you will remember (keep all this information private)
5. Hit the “Submit” button
Your request may take up to 24 hours to process. Once your online account is active, you can add family members and view your account details. You are ready to go!
STEP 2: From the same website, you can register for any activity. It’s easy:
1. Select the “Register” button in the top-right
2. Click on an activity name and hit “Add to My Cart”
3. Login with your Login ID and Password
4. Specify the enrollment number and hit “Checkout”
5. Select the family member(s) who will participate in the activity and answer any questions or add comments
6. Hit “Continue” twice to confirm your order (note: a small convenience fee is applied to your order)
7. Click “Ok” on the security notice, complete your credit card payment (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa), and hit “Continue” (note: you can print your receipt)
That’s it, you’re registered and will receive an email confirmation!
MAIL-INS START MAY 5 & WALK-INS START MAY 13 (If space remains) Please realize that a program may be filled by online registrations.
Send / bring COMPLETED form (click below) & a check payable: "Town of Norwell", Recreation, P.O. Box 295, Norwell, MA 02061. Visit our office at 345 Main St. on Mon-Thurs; 9a-2p. "Drop Offs" are possible anytime by using the gray drop box on the circular drive at the front of the Town Offices.
How to watch a good program die! ALL Programs have limits & DEADLINES, so don't delay! The DEADLINE FOR ALL SUMMER ACTIVITIES IS MAY 28, unless otherwise noted or already filled. If programs do not have the minimum numbers by deadlines, it could be cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS, WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS: All refund requests must be in wrinting to the Recreation Office. Full refunds will be issued if a program is full, cancelled by Norwell Rec or if you withdraw before the May 28 deadline. After the May 28 deadline, participants withdrawing at least 1 full week before the program begins, and provided the minimum participation level has been achieved, will
receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee. No other refunds will be given. Program expenses (instructors and supplies) will have already been incurred. We'll announce cancellations on our "rec line", on our website, e-mails or your home phone.
Registrations are accepted on a first-paid, first served basis to Norwell residents. Sorry, no phone reservations. Credit cards are only accepted online - not in the office. Late registrations must pay full fees, no pro-rating. [Non-residents may register beginning May 19, space permitting.]
Confirmations? If you register online & give a certified email address, you will be notified of your registration. Office sign-ups are also confirmed if an email address is given (& legible) Otherwise, we do not send confrimations. You are enrolled upon our receipt of your payment & form. We do notify if a program is full, cancelled or there is a problem with your registration or a change to the activity. Please note all information on your calendar. If you extablished an on-line account, you may always check your family's recreation activities. You may call to confirm your registrations or include a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) with your registration.
Norwell Recreation reserves the right to change program details as needed due to enrollment numbers, available resources, etc. You will be notified of any changes.
Financial Assistance. Consideration upon written request no later than May 5.
All abilities invited. If special accommodations are needed, please give us a 2-3 week notice.
Participation is at registrant's own risk. Norwell Recreation does not provide medical insurance for participants. Participants are advised to have adequate personal coverage and it is required for field trips. Include information when registering.
