Adults Ages 40+ Mini session of fitness program for adults. All abilities welcome. We recommend that you check with your physician before starting any fitness program. Outside fitness program for men and women ages 40+. Only 2 exercies to achieve a fit body. The class will improve cadio endurance and physical strength. Class based on timed intervals which allow all abilities to participate at their own pace
Includes walking,running, jumping rope, hills mixed with, squat thrusts, push-ups modified for ability. BYO water, jump rope, running shoes & dress in layers -bug spray too. Rain or shine. Six evening sessions. Minimum 8, Maximum 20. Meet near Norwell High School tennis courts. Instructor: Betsy Callanan.
