Residential Building
New construction, Renovation, Porches, Decks, and New unfinished Basements are valued at $60 per square foot. The permit fee is based on $10 per thousand dollars of valuation. The permit fee will not be based on estimates unless agreed upon with the Inspector of Buildings.
Commercial Building
New Construction & Renovation $60sqft X area worked on; then $15 for 1st $1,000 of value, and $10 for each additional $1,000 of value or portion thereof. Fees doubled on work started without a permit and on Stop Work Orders.
